Hi, in your smaple gallery all images have the same height no matter if it’s horizontal or vertical image but lightroom has only one parameter for image size. How do you achieve that all images are the same height?

Autoviewer accepts only a single size value for all images, but all most of my web templates offer separate sliders for setting contraining width and height.

Hi.
I would like to know how to move the next/prev buttons so they cling on to the left and right margins – as the one in the sample gallery?

Thank you for your help :)

Don’t they just do that by default?

Hello Matt, does this autoviewer work as a home page?

Reply

theturninggate July 23, 2009 at 3:15 pm

Any page can “work” as a Home page. Whether or not is works for you depends upon your expectations for what should constitute a Home page. What would you like it to do?

@walter

Hi Walter,

If you use TTG Stage with Autoviewer, you can have a menu with the gallery for contact info, etc.

It’s just IE8, I suppose. The gallery is loading Flash in a very conventional way. Microsoft just can’t seem to keep their **** straight.

Hi TT,

Sorry for the really stupid question but as Andriy asked above regarding maintaining the same height of the images in Autoviewer. Should this be used with your web templates such as TTG Stage to setting the width and height of images? If not which templates would be usefull to achieve this?

Thanks
Dirk

Autoviewer itself accepts only a single value for image size. If you’re looking for a slideshow that offers more control, I would recommend Monoslideshow or Slideshow Pro.

Sorry to beat this to death, but I’m confused also. in your sample gallery : http://lr.theturninggate.net/galleries/galleries/ttg_stage_autoviewer/

You’re using autoviewer and all images, horiz or vert, constrain the same height. You’ve mentioned that if some of us are looking for more control, we should try monoslideshow or slideshowpro, as Autoviewer accepts only one image control. Good advice. But the question remains, how did you achieve all images being the same height(horiz/vert) in your Autoviewer gallery, in your demo gallery?

Thanks for your time, work and help. It’s not going unnoticed.

Set the width high and the height small so that it became the primary constraint, I suppose. That gallery is more than a year old, so I can only guess at this point.

I have 2 questions about autoviewer. Is there a way to get rid of the image numbers and how to start the slideshow automatically?

I think I have just figured out that I need autoviewer pro which is $45.

Hi!

I just bought ttg pages and managed to create a website (great engine thanks alot!).
Currently i have links to various PDFs under the actuall autoviewer slideshow.

I would like to make the links in the captation of the individual pictures instead, is that possible?

I tried changing to captation in metadata to
[CDATA[]]. But it doesnt seem to work.

My website is http://www.minjuh.com

Am i doing something wrong?

Thanks for youre suberb products

The free version of AutoViewer does not support hyperlinks, so that’s not possible. The Pro version might, but I’m not sure; you would need to visit http://www.simpleviewer.com for details. Simpleviewer Pro might also be a good option for you to investigate.

Thank you very much for youre quick answer! I managed to change the fontsize in TTG autoviewer with this code my home
So i thought maybe it supported hyperlinks aswell.

I will try to find out
Thanks again!

How do I add one more autoviewer gallery to my site?

Reply

theturninggate July 2, 2010 at 8:58 pm

Without seeing your site, I have no way of answering that.

I fixed my trouble, thanks for attention. In my second gallery i use full names of file with higher-case (or capital? sorry for bad English) letters. I uploaded images by total commander ftp client and forgot remove “convert file names to lowercase” flag. So files names in xml file and my uploaded folder became different.
