Hi Matt, I know that Highslide gallery pro now includes a password protection option but I remember that you published a very nice tutorial on how to protect any web page… I hav’nt been able to locate this tutorial anymore. It seems that the link you provided there: http://www.lightroomgalleries.com/author/theturninggate/page/3/ is broken.
When you have got some spare time could you repair this nicety.

Well low and behold! Yahoo upgraded my site to the latest PHP w/in 20 hours of my request to do so. Maybe they are starting to listen. I did mention that I wanted the upgrade because of TTG applications.

That, I don’t know. I don’t have a Yahoo Small Business account to test things on, and they are notorious for being bad with PHP. You might contact them to ask whether their PHP version is up-to-date (5.2.x or greater to run the password script), or it may simple be a problem with their configuration.

Btw, they are a host I generally recommend against using. Not the first time I’ve butted heads with them.

I have a yahoo small business account hosting my website. Can I run the new password protection on the Highslide Pro upgrade? I’ve tried it but it does not open on the web.

Not at the moment, but maybe once I get around to rolling out updates for other engines. It may be a few months yet.

Hi Mathew,

Are you including the pagination feature in any of your other galleries? I use Shadowbox and would welcome this option.
