I'm guessing you're probably running 2.0, which incorrectly allowed you to skip over the E-Commerce mode and to begin setting up the Fotomoto links on large images without ever enabling the API. 2. Appearance control pane, E-Commerce Options, set E-Commerce Mode to “Fotomoto” as this will enable the API.

My previous Gallery Pro worked just fine with fotomoto and showed the "buy print" options when the Photo was enlarged. However now when you enlarge a Photo it says "The Widget is not in API mode" Now I added the code you mentioned in the "add css rules in" to disable the toolbar at the top of the page but I still get the same message but the toolbar did disappear from the top of the page.
