The Fotomoto service allows users to sell prints directly from their websites, and has been garnering rave reviews. With Fotomoto support built into TTG Highslide Gallery Pro, many TTG users have been raving about it too. Fotomoto is unique in giving photographers the ability to sell prints from their own sites, rather than forcing them to conform to the online shopping mall method of selling images. But the goods won’t end there, according to Fotomoto’s latest blog entry.
Fotomoto writes:
Soon we will start giving our users tools to easily categorize their photos and tag them, and we will create a full catalogue of our artists and their artwork. The outcome may look a little like those supermarkets, but this will be a “catalogue”. The difference is that those supermarkets try to keep the traffic on their site, while we encourage the visitors to go to the artists’ own personal site.
Fotomoto also promises to help promote photographers’ works through special events, the first of which is already being planned. For more information on how to get involved in this event, as well as to read the full blog post, head on over to the Fotomoto blog.

TTG Highslide Gallery Pro is already a powerful tool for creating your website; with so many new developments at Fotomoto, it may soon also be a gateway to community services for promoting your website and your art to new clients.
